Healing Process on One Page
Recreating wholeness and wellness
Healing is about bringing your entire being back to a state of wholeness. It is about
aligning your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual natures so they
synergistically support the healing.
- In Box 1, write the
ailment, vice, challenge or focus area you want to heal. If you are not
clear, you may want to complete Reveal Subconscious Shadows on One Page
first.
- There is a strong correlation between what we think and the
ailments we experience. Explore the
body-mind connection list for ideas
and write your insights in Box 2.
- Apply the
awareness
process to your focus of healing. Accept what comes up without resistance –
just be the unbiased observer. Ask for understanding, insights and healing
and be aware of intuitive responses. Write your insights Box 3.
- Forgiveness can release
resentments, guilt and our sense of being a victim. It allows blocked
energy to flow. Write in Box 4 who and what needs forgiveness in your
life. Write, BUT DO NOT SEND a
release letter.
- Gratitude is a powerful
tool for healing. When we’re grateful, we focus on what we have and want
rather than on what we don’t have or want. This focus helps attract positive things into your life. Maintain a
Gratitude Journal. In
Box 5 summarize what you are grateful for.
- To heal, we need to bring
together the negative and positive (a duality) in wholeness. We believe
the reason for your challenge is to invite you to choose a new and higher
perspective for your life. For the negative aspects of your experience,
identify the positives which will bring healing. What higher quality,
virtue or value are you being invited to express? Enter these into Box 6.
- To heal, we need to
do something different (yang energy) to manifest health, whether it be physical health or healthy
attitudes, relationships or
situations. Review our manifesting tips list
and write in Box 7 ideas of how to co-create what you want. Identify what
you can do physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.
- There is also an ongoing need
to be open to new possibilities to receive (yin energy). Let go, surrender and trust. Idealize the perfectly healthy
you. Visualize it and affirm it. Write your insights, a
creed or a few affirmations in Box
8.
- Speaking your truth and discussing and
connecting with others you trust can offer great healing. You may want to consider
getting a confidant, coach (e-coach, in person, telephone or
teleconference coach) or creating or joining a mastermind group or
sacred circle.
In Box 9, identify where and when you will seek support.
