Insights and experiences in meditation can quickly dissolve. In a meditation
journal, make notes immediately after each meditation. Answer questions such as
these: How deep did you go? What impressions came to you? How did you feel? What
stopped you from going deeper or higher? Do reviews often to see movement in
your meditation.
