Stepping up to the personal and spiritual growth buffet right now can be overwhelming. So many ‘dishes’ to tempt us! New books, workshops, healing modalities, therapies, meditation techniques and aids … the list goes on and on. How do we pick the best ones, the right ones? Where do we start when there is so much to choose from?

From personal experience, I suggest you start right where you are! Life and the Law of Attraction always bring us exactly what we need most. The key is to be present, open and aware so we can identify the gifts when they’re offered.

Here are some great questions to ask regularly:

• What’s making itself known to me right now – both inside and outside of me?
• What catches my attention?
• What news of a book or workshop or healing modality brings a spurt of excitement? What problem is nagging at me?
• What am I drawn to explore?

There are as many paths to enlightenment as there are people. I want to tap into the resources that are just right for me now. The book that my best friend is raving about may not be what I will most benefit from at this time.

If we’re carefully paying attention to what’s going on out there and to what we’re thinking and feeling, we can easily identify our next best step in life. Awareness is really the only tool we need to guide us to success in life.
