Both science and spiritual teachings tell us that everything is one. Everything is connected. Everything is in right relationship. Everything is relative.

As everything is relative, some perspectives, experiences and levels are higher than others. So what does higher level mean?

Here is a list of words that elevate our perspectives and consciousness when you focus your attention on them, Use these words in your questioning:

• H - holistic, harmlessness, humility
• I - intuition, inspiration, integrity, inclusiveness, integration, ideals, impersonal, intention
• G - goodness, godliness, grace, gratitude, gentle, guidance, group, giving
• H - harmony, heart, heavenly, higher self
• E - expansion, egolessness, effortlessness, essence, empowering, enlightening, evolving, eternal
• R - reverence, respect, receptivity, responsibility, relationship, rebirth, reflection

Try questions like:

• What does your heart say?
• What are you grateful for?
• What is the essence of what you want?
• What would your soul say instead of your ego?
• What would be your ideal situation?
• How do you stay in integrity?
• What will serve the greatest good of all concerned?
• How can we do this with least harm and ego?
• If we went with the flow, what would be our next step?
• Are we being fully accountable and responsible here?
• What is a higher intention or value that we can strive for?
• How can we give more for less and fill the needs of others?

These are questions and words to keep in mind and guiding your actions. To make the most of this list, review and identify key words and questions that you would like to integrate into your being and then meditate on them. Bring them into your consciousness as often as you remember to do so.

The more we set an intention to experience these higher level questions and qualities, the more we recognize that we already have them within us.
