We’ve organized the programs on our web site according to the following themes: developing self control, emotions, mind and spirituality. Why have we done it this way?

Here are a few considerations that are fundamental to our philosophy and how our website is used:

• Most people are oriented towards and therefore often challenged by control, emotional, mental or spiritual issues.
• There is a progression in growth and increasing abstraction from the physical to the emotional, to the mental and then to the spiritual.
• Our personalities reflect how we have integrated these different aspects.
• As our life moves through many overlapping cycles we are called upon to address physical, emotional, mental and spiritual issues.
• We learn as we experience 2 major paths in life: 1) aspiring spiritually from the lower physical vibration to higher and more inclusive vibrations or 2) manifesting from the higher and more abstract energies down to the physical.

In more detail, here are the 4 major levels or paths of our life journeys. On which path are you mainly focused?

• Physical – Attention to health, energy and discipline
• Emotional – Attention to the ability to feel and release emotions, self-esteem, caring, sharing, intimacy, appreciation and belonging.
• Mental – Attention to understanding, creativity, personal expression and opening to broader perspectives.
• Spiritual – Attention to love, compassion, acceptance, meaning, purpose, soul expression and service.
