It boggles my mind when I think of the invisible energetic world and the powerful role it plays in our lives.

And it ticks me off when I realize I spent another day focused on the physical world of effects and reactions. So much more is achieved by consciously tuning into the more subtle world of cause, wholeness, truth, connection, harmony and potential.

Believe it or not, humanity has become much more sensitive in the last 25 years. Consider the following:

• Western societies have embraced Eastern energy systems like yoga, pranayama, Reiki, Tai Chi, Martial arts, Qi Gong, Feng Shui, acupuncture, etc.
• Modalities unheard of just two decades ago are now commonplace, such as Touch for Health, EFT and Theta Therapy.
• Most of us know about Chakras and meridians and sound and light therapies.
• More credence is given to dowsing, psychism, kinesiology, oracles and pre-manifestation energies.
• We spend more time exploring soul, spirit, spirituality, archetypes and our higher self.
• Words like ground, centre, align, cleanse, self heal, intuit, meditate and attune show up regularly in our vocabulary.

These modalities all work with invisible (unless you are clairvoyant) energies and the subtle etheric, emotional and mental bodies. Basically every culture and religion has some name to identify this invisible life force. See our new list.

We hear that it’s these energies that are at cause. It’s these energies that give rise to physical forms we call life. It’s only by working at new levels of consciousness that we can create change in our physical world.

YET in our busy days, how often do we consciously set intention to work with, listen to and be guided by these energies and wisdom? How much attention do we give to building awareness, being fully present in each moment, tapping the incredible powers of our imagination and the invisible life force energies?

Be open to greater than just visible realities. Learn about the invisible forces and deepen your awareness around them.
