1. Relax by taking a few deep breaths.
2. Ask yourself a question - the first one that comes to mind.
3. Be aware so you notice some sense of an answer as soon as it arises.

If you are really aware, the answer may present itself before the question is fully formulated. I notice often that by the time I complete my question, the answer has already arrived. It's like they both come at the same time.

How can this be? Our all-knowing higher wisdom helps us formulate the question so we can access the guidance that already lies there waiting for our recognition.

Intuition - another word for higher guidance - is initially beyond words. The act of putting words to my question helps me focus my consciousness on the topic. That is why it is more natural that we ask the questions first.

So be attentive while you are generating or asking your questions. Sense the feelings, energies, insights, concepts, ideals, ideas, etc. that arise as you do this. It may take a little time to wrap the intuitive insights with the words or thoughts or feelings that make sense to you and your inner processes.

I am always working on trusting myself more deeply. It takes discrimination and discernment to distinguish intuition, true guidance and wisdom from ego, memories, fear, old patterns, perceptions, etc. It's not easy but it's well worth the effort.

Spend time mastering your higher guidance and inner wisdom. The crystal ball you seek is inside of you. The coaching, validation and answers you desire are in you already.
