Keeping focused on what’s most important

Stephen Covey says that the most important thing is to keep the most important thing, the most important thing. How might we actually do this? If you are visual, draw pictures or write with big colourful pens about what has greatest priority for you. Like words? Write it out on a piece of coloured paper so it is easily visible and readable. Kinesthetic? Keep what is important in sight in an obvious spot where you can interact with it, like on your coffee mug or on your phone. It pays off in spades to find the right learning and writing processes that naturally work best for us.

  1. Have you ever considered publishing an ebook or guest authoring on other blogs? I have a blog centered on the same topics you discuss and would love to have you share some stories/information. I know my viewers would appreciate your work. If you’re even remotely interested, feel free to shoot me an e-mail.
