When you are hit emotional turbulence, process it. Life has touched you and affected you for a reason. Do not withdraw, repress, get angry and fight back. Seek some quiet time to be with it, accept the feelings, identify with them, watch them, step back and let them be what they are. Do not judge them. Allow some new level of meaning or a deeper feeling or unmet need to come to you. Allow yourself time to heal and build back your confidence. Identify the positive energy and allow it to become larger than the negative energy that affected you. Bring them together in wholeness. Then take some action in alignment with the positive energy.
Once you understand and internalize that there are no accidents in life and we attract into our consciousness what we need to experience and learn then it is much easier handling life.
