Are you PREOCCUPIED WITH PROBLEMS? Unfortunately, when I focus on my problems, it fills my mind with what I don’t want. This brings worry and anxiety. This also keeps me stuck in my emotional reactions. I feel like a victim – powerless.
If I have a problem, I consciously clear my mind and then FOCUS ON WHAT I WANT. This helps open my mind to solutions, opportunities and potential. Try this next exercise and be aware of your feelings.
